Apex Deus is aiming to be one of the most competitive PvE Raiding Guild on the Misha. We do not demand our guildmates with a huge amount of time into raiding with our raid schedule; however, we demand a huge amount of dedication, commitment, and being responsible from our guildmates when we are raiding.

Raiding commitments

As a raiding guild, we expect our guildmates to have 90% or better attendance. Attendance is one of the indications of reliability. Whether we are pushing new contents, or farming raid instances for gears, we can rely on guildmates with excellent attendance to be there and be part of our success. With 90% or better attendance, it also means that our guildmates get to know each other better. Integrity is also a vital part of any teamwork and Raiding is no exception.

Raiding Schedule

Apex Deus raids 4 days a week, 4 hour per session. Here are our schedules.

Sunday 7pm to 11pm (Pacific Standard Time)
Monday 7pm to 11pm
Wednesday 7pm to 11pm
Thursday 7pm to 11pm

During our off nights, it is strongly advised that all our guildmates spend some time to prepare for future raids, such as farming gold for repair, preparing raid consumables, looking for gear upgrades in non-raid instances, and get to know our guildmates better by doing non-raid activities together.

Loot System

Apex Deus uses a Loot Council to assign loot on raids. The Loot Council is made up of Guild Officers. Assigning loot is based on Attendance, performance, guild contribution, and at the time who will receive the most upgrade from the loot. While the officers make the decision, however, it is also every guildmates responsibility to plan their gear ahead and provide that information to the officers to help making a better decision for the guild as a whole.

Mentality, Self-Awareness and Flexibility

It is important to have the right mentality as a guildmember in a competitive raiding guild like us. Progression is our goal, and therefore, we need all of us to focus all their attention when we are raiding. Never forget that we are raiding with 25 people, and always be considerate of your own guildmates. Self-Awareness is also important in both short and long terms. We expect our guildmembers to improve their performance overtime. Lack of steady improvement translates into that one has no intention to dedicate to our goal, raid progression. Flexibility also has its place in being a vital part of the guild. The game mechanic and guild situation will be ever-changing. It is important to keep an open mind on things such as gear choice, talent specs, and play style. Failure or refusal to adapt new changes only means one will fall behind and become less reliable and vital to the guild.

Friendly and Respectful raiding environment.

It is important to us that our members uphold a level of respect for not only their fellow guild members, but for other players and guilds on the Misha Realm.

We will be taking this issue very seriously. Drama has no place in Apex Deus, so please do not bring it. We want everyone to enjoy their in-game experience as much as possible. We want to avoid conflict as much as humanly possible. In order to achieve this, we must trust all of our members to be mature and in many cases be the better game and move on. We realize that some people can be complete n00bzorz, please rise above and move on.

Actions including, but not limited to: Troll Posting on realm forums, Name calling in Public channels such as Trade, World Defense, and General, Ninja Looting in 5-man instances etc. will be considered detrimental for the guild and could result in the player being put on a Probation Status and/or Guild Removal depending on the situation.
