This is the attendance policy of Apex Deus.

1) 3 tier loot system based on attendance. Performance, biggest upgrade, and contribution to the guild also count for loot rewards, but attendance is the biggest value.

Tier 1 - People in the 100%-85% attendance bracket. These people will have top priority on all loot that drops. It doesn't always mean they get the loot no questions asked, but it would have to be some pretty special circumstances for a lower percentage person to get it.

Tier 2 - 85%-75% bracket. Most of the guild will be in this bracket. You have loot priority over recruits and members on probation (probation is lower then 75%).

Tier 3 - Below 75%. Any member of the guild dropping below 75% raid attendance will be put on a 2 week probation. During this time you will have lower priority on loot. People that have higher attendence will have higher priority. This is reasonable, wouldnt you be upset if you were in Kara for 3 weeks straight... and somebody came in and got a drop that you have been working for after only raiding once in the past month?

If after two weeks you have raised your attendance to over 75%, you will be returned to good standing with the guild and loot rights will be returned.

2) Raid attendance will be calculated on a 30 day basis. It will be calculated every week on maintenance day (Tuesday).

Then we have another policy for raid priority. This is for people who have priority on raid spots.

Use the same 3 tier system, but apply it to new content. If you attend 100-85% of new content the past 30 days, you can go to any raid you want.

If you attend 85-75% of new content raids, you get spots over recruits, people on probation etc.

Below 75% and you only get a spot if we need it filled. Recruits can go before you as well.

Basically this policy allows the heavy new content grinders, spots in raids for easy loot, like Kara and Gruul. They can go, get the easy loot because they grind new content nights and have earned it.

New content is defined as any boss we have not killed 5 times. If you go on a raid to a boss we haven’t killed 5 times, it counts as new content. After 5 kills it is considered on farm status. Officers have the right to extend this new content night if we are still having problems killing the boss after 5 times.
